- Try the STOP meditation:
- Practice mindful moments using your senses. Perhaps this is listening to your favourite music, feeling the warmth of the sunshine, or being in nature and looking at the beauty. You can also try a mindfulness practice like "Sight, sound and touch" in the free BC Children's Breathr app.
- Slow down. Ask yourself, is there a daily task or activity you can do tomorrow without rushing?
- Share mindful moments with your child
