Josephine is a full time step-parent to a 13 year old, and shares her journey as a step-parent through the years. She discusses the lessons learned along the way, and how prioritizing connection with her step-daughter has helped to navigate the ups and downs of blended family life with grace.

Registered Clinical Counsellor

Kai is a third-year medical student at the University of British Columbia with a passion for understanding how family transitions impact health and well-being. He has been closely working with the Kelty Mental Health team to develop resources that help children and families navigate significant life changes, providing accessible, evidence-based support.
