The Healthy Living ... It's in Everyone toolkit for families was developed with The F.O.R.C.E. Society for Kids' Mental Health. There are two different formats of the toolkit available. You can access the web based interactive version or download the full PDF version below:

Print copies of the Toolkit for Families can be ordered from the BC Children's Hospital bookstore in all seven languages. In addition, many libraries across B.C. carry the toolkit. Ordering information can be found on the right hand side of this page.

Videos for Families: Setting S.M.A.R.T. Goals

These videos were created to support families in setting S.M.A.R.T. Goals with their health professionals, using the information and resources in the Family Toolkit. S.M.A.R.T. goal setting helps you to make specific goals towards the changes you want to make.
