Interactive Toolkit Activities

New, interactive activities have been developed based on the content of the Healthy Living ... It’s in Everyone toolkit for families. The activities are a fun way for families to learn and develop some of the key ideas and skills included in the toolkit.

Healthy Eating Quiz

Should kids have to finish their vegetables before they get dessert? Does eating after 8pm cause weight gain? Take this short quiz to test your knowledge of healthy eating, and to learn about good nutrition and how healthy eating can impact mental health. Test your knowledge and earn a Healthy Eating Ribbon!

Interactive Bedtime Routine

If your family is dealing with bedtime struggles, having a consistent bedtime routine every night can be helpful. This interactive bedtime routine will help kids and parents develop a more structured bedtime routine. Check off the activities as you complete them and then receive a special goodnight message! You can also choose to print your customized routine.

Note: If you are using Internet Explorer, Internet Explorer 8 or higher is required to use this activity.

Healthy Thinking Activity

When children feel stressed, helping them to think about the stressful situation in a healthy or balanced way can help them to feel more confident and to manage their fears and worries. Thinking Healthy Thoughts, an interactive healthy thinking activity, can help children to learn how to think about common stressful situations in a more healthy and balanced way.  Parents can work through the activity with their child and can encourage them to identify more helpful ways of thinking about other stressful situations in the lives as well!
