BC Children’s Hospital and Centre for Mindfulness & PHSA Health promotion are co-hosting guided mindfulness meditation on the first Monday of EVERY Month!
Mindfulness helps to cope with stress, increase resilience, enhance connections with others, and bolster the ability to experience more joy and peace. Each of the mindfulness meditation sessions will vary, there will be components of intentional repetition to help you build your ‘muscle for mindfulness’.
• Consider mindfulness and awareness in life and work. • Create an opportunity to practice together and to build community.

Help Build a Mindful Community: We invite staff to book a room with colleagues to join in the webinars or skype videoconference, to work towards creating a community of mindfulness practice at PHSA.
