Healthy Thinking

When children feel stressed, helping them to think about the stressful situation in a healthy or balanced way can help them to feel more confident and to manage their fears and worries.

Thinking Healthy Thoughts, an interactive healthy thinking activity, can help children to learn how to think about common stressful situations in a more healthy and balanced way. Parents can work through the activity with their child and can encourage them to identify more helpful ways of thinking about other stressful situations in the lives as well.

Note: If you are using Internet Explorer, Internet Explorer 8 or higher is required to use this activity.
