Mindfulness involves becoming more present and aware of everything in our life and accepting things just as they are without judgment. Research has shown that mindfulness can help to manage many mental and physical health challenges, including stress, depressive and ADHD symptoms, anxiety, and pain. Drs. Dzung Vo and Jake Locke from BC Children's Hospital have recorded some of their mindfulness meditations that they have been using with their mindfulness groups.
