Have you or a family member accessed mental health services at BC Children’s Hospital? We want to hear from you!

Sarah Gustin, Program Manager for Quality Improvement & Evaluation on October 25, 2017

The Child & Youth Mental Health Program of BC Children’s Hospital is developing a new directional plan to guide our priorities over the next three years.

We want to hear from current or former patients and their families about what works well, where we can improve, and what priorities you would suggest for the future.

  • What should we do more of?
  • Less of?
  • What do you wish could have gone differently?

We have created a short survey to gather your suggestions and ideas for our program.

This survey is open until November 10, 2017, and please feel free to forward the link to other people you know who have used our services.

Note that we are also looking for volunteers to provide input by telephone. Please contact Sarah Gustin, Program Manager, Quality Improvement & Evaluation (sarah.gustin@cw.bc.ca, 604-707-6383) if you are willing to answer a few questions over the phone. Thanks very much for taking the time to provide feedback.

Looking forward to enhancing our services with your input!
