Balancing our Minds 2017: Updated website & new video!

Paul, Project Coordinator on January 16, 2017

Presenting…

(insert suspenseful drumroll)

…the new and improved Balancing Our Minds website! Over the past several weeks, the Balancing Our Minds site has gone through a bit of a transformation. The website is still your central hub for resources and information on mental health event planning, school activities, sharing your story and speaker support, and much more – it just has a new look! If you’re searching for information and inspiration to start promoting mental health and wellness in your school community, take a look through the new website and discover all it has to offer.

Along the same lines – and perhaps equally as exciting – we’re also introducing the Balancing Our Minds Community Summits video! Featuring youth, past participants and surprise guests (gasp!), the video describes how you can get involved and start planning your own Balancing Our Minds Community Summit.

If you have any questions about Balancing Our Minds Community Summits, the Balancing Our Minds webpage, or any other concerns, please email Paul Irving at paul.irving@cw.bc.ca
