BalancedView

BalancedView is an evidence-informed, online resource designed to reduce weight bias and stigma among medical, mental health, allied health and public health professionals to improve patient outcomes across British Columbia. BalancedView provides health professionals with practical knowledge, skills and tools to work collaboratively with patients to promote healthy weights while fostering positive mental health and overall well-being.

The 5-module resource is an interactive online tool that takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete. The resource can be completed any time, from any computer or tablet. Participants receive a certificate of participation upon completion of the course.
